When Andrew created the restaurant, he wanted the same team to work in a united way throughout the week. So we have never served lunch, and have always closed on Sundays. This has helped keep the familial atmosphere for which we are renowned. Again - in the spirit of unity - we have a family meal together before service every day, and gratuities are shared completely evenly amongst all staff members.

 

Our team of 25 create and serve dinner only, six nights a week, for a maximum of 52 couverts. We are open all year, apart from most of January when the restaurant closes.

 

You will work five days per week with 28 days holiday entitlement. Uniforms are provided, as is assistance with initial accommodation, although there are plenty of permanent options for rent at reasonable rates in nearby Auchterarder.
