Since becoming the very first Roux Scholar in 1984, Andrew has developed a close relationship with the Roux family. In celebration of this - and our 15th year at Gleneagles - Andrew, Michel Roux and son, Alain will jointly host a unique two night collaboration in the restaurant.

 

An exclusive six course gastronomic menu has been created, and will be prepared by Alain and Andrew to showcase signature dishes from both restaurants, with the respective sommeliers selecting Champagnes and wines that embody the ethos of each restaurant - to perfectly match each course.

 

The dishes and wines chosen are the personal favourites of both chef-patrons.

Theses one-off evenings are priced at £375 per person (inc. VAT) - which comprises a Champagne reception with canapés, six course gastronomic menu with accompanying wines and Champagne, mineral water, coffee and petit fours.

 

Overnight packages with The Gleneagles Hotel are available from £1,115 based on two guests sharing an Estate Room, including the exclusive dinner package and breakfast.
