A wry Sense

A number of the key team members have been with Andrew since the restaurant opened in 2001. Head Chef Stephen McLaughlin has been cooking with Andrew since 1995 and runs the kitchen with a meticulous eye and a wry sense of humour.

 

The 23 strong team is supplemented by temporary 'stageurs' who come from all over the world to expand and change their knowledge.
