Pastry Commis Chef

Restaurant Andrew Fairlie is a two Michelin star restaurant with a stimulating and international work environment.

 

We are looking for a Commis Chef to work alongside our Head Pastry Chef and strenngthen our engaging, enthusiastic and conscientious team of people.

A background in gastronomic restaurants is not essential, as we offer unparalleled training, support and connections for your on-going development. However, this is a technical role that demands a strong culinary understanding. Previous team members are now working in enviable positions all over the world - so, if you are dedicated, and have a positive attitude, the world really is your oyster.

 

We open for dinner only, and work a straight shift over a five day working week. We offer an attractive salary, equitable share of the gratuities and meals on duty. Set in truly beautiful countryside, we are less than one hour away from the cosmopolitan cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow.
