Working with only the finest produce (much of it showcasing Scotland's Larder) and sensational wines and spirits, we are blessed with a loyal and regular clientele who rightly expect exceptional and personal service. As a  Sommelier, you will be responsible for the mise en place and service of the beverage offering that accompanies and enhances our dining experience. It goes without say that you must have a world class knowledge of wines and spirits, but this must be partnered with warmth and personality lead service.. You will have the support of your  Sommelier colleagues, and the wider support of the Restaurant Brigade to deliver memorable service to our guests.


We open for dinner only, and work a straight shift over a five day working week. We offer an attractive salary, and an equitable share of gratuities. We are less than one hour away from cosmopolitan Edinburgh and vibrant Glasgow and some of the most breath-taking countryside in Britain is on our doorstep.
