Pastry Chef

We are recruiting a talented Pastry Chef to strengthen our team.

As  Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the management and production of all aspects of our pastry offering, including the smooth delivery of our dinner service. You must have a genuine passion for all things of a gastronomic nature, have an understanding of the classics of patisserie as well as an openess to embrace more modern culinary techniques.

You will report directly to our Head Chef, and have the support of the kitchen brigade to evolve, develop and continually improve our dessert offering.


We open for dinner only, and work straight shifts over a 5 day week. We offer an attractive salary, private Healthcare, and Pension contribution, and equitable share of all gratuities. Ideally located for the towns of Auchterarder, Stirling and Perth and approximately an hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh, we are also  a stones throw from some of the most glorious of Scotland's countryside.
