We are recruiting a talented Pastry Chef to strengthen our
Rated with 2 Stars in the Michelin Guide since 2006,
Restaurant Andrew Fairlie maintains its place as a leader in
Scottish Hospitality and is recognised as one of 'The
Best Places to Work in Hospitality 2021' in The Caterer Top 30.
As Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the management
and production of all aspects of our pastry offering, including the
smooth delivery of our dinner service. You must have a genuine
passion for all things of a gastronomic nature, have an
understanding of the classics of patisserie as well as an openess
to embrace more modern culinary techniques.
You will report directly to our Head Chef, and have the support
of the kitchen brigade to evolve, develop and continually improve
our dessert offering.
We open for dinner only, and work straight shifts over a 5 day
week. We offer an attractive salary, private Healthcare, and
