A Close Knit Bunch

A number of the key team members had been with Andrew since the restaurant opened in 2001. Head Chef Stephen McLaughlin has been cooking with Andrew since 1995 and  now runs the kitchen with a meticulous eye and a wry sense of humour.


Dale Dewsbury, General Manager oversees the operation,  and has worked closely with Stephen since 2001.


There is a corps of long serving members who keep Andrew's ethos for the restaurant held dear. The team has grown from a handful of people who opened the restaurant, to in excess of 30  dedicated team members, including Chefs, Front of House, Reservations and our growers at The Secret Garden.

The Brigade is supplemented by temporary 'stageurs' who come from all over the world to expand and change their knowledge.
